Setting The Pace, in KG
We put this beautiful home in King's Grant under contract, before the sign went in the yard. It closed on June 5, at $188.00/ft. Both Buyers and Sellers, are happy as little pigs in the sunshine.
We were flattered to contribute to the home values of KG, again....
