Columbia's Newest Real Estate Listings: October, 2011Like most months, the October edition of The Hotsheet has a good variety of listings. As usual, Coldwell Banker United - Midtown, enjoys the dominant presence on the list, including the top two price points, (Glenwood Place @ $700K+, and King's Grant @ $646,000).
It should be noted a home on Kennilworth in Heathwood was also new to Columbia's market, but won't be on the link. The house was Under Contract before it hit the MLS, which closed @ $900,000 just a few days ago.
