Last week I posted about a house coming to the market in the 29209 area of Columbia. As planned, it hit the market Monday afternoon, and is now ready to go. I showed it Friday to a buyer client of mine, and we were there over an hour. Who knows what will happen with that particular family, but any visit over an hour is always a good sign. Oddly, we presented an offer on behalf of another couple on the house across the street this afternooon.
